Dr. Refaqat Ali Khan was a Professor of History at Jamia Milia Islamia and Principal and Director of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Complex, Aurangabad, Maharashtra. Professor Khan has been associated with the Foundation of SAARC Writers and Literature since 1986, and currently serves as Vice President of FOSWAL. He has several books on history to his credit.
